Leo is a highly experienced town planner with a proven track record of interacting with and influencing the built environment. His standing in the industry reflects a broad portfolio of projects demonstrating high-quality outcomes across Queensland and abroad. Leo’s key areas of expertise and interest include preparing and managing development applications and strategic land use planning, in both urban and rural settings. He has had a lead role in the preparation of various planning schemes, local plans and strategic planning documents for Local Government throughout Queensland, and actively works on a broad range of significant development projects throughout Queensland. He also acts as an expert witness in the Planning and Environment Court. His experience across all facets of the profession enables him to provide highly valuable contributions to all projects.

Frances works across a broad range of planning matters, with particular experience in development applications, strategic planning, due diligence and planning appeals. Her project experience spans community, residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use development throughout Queensland.

Nicole has extensive planning and development experience across both private practice and government. She specialises in development assessment and project management, working across infrastructure, residential, commercial, heritage, industrial, education, aged care, food production and rural projects. Nicole was recently appointed as National Board Director of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA), and has served as Chair of the PIA QLD Professional Development Committee since 2021.

Jared specialises in development advisory, due diligence and planning risk assessment, including developing approval strategies and managing complex development applications. His experience spans residential, subdivision, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Natasha specialises in development assessment and the management of complex development applications across Queensland. Her project experience includes renewable energy, industrial, character residential and commercial development.

Ben draws on experience within both Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government, providing a strong understanding of planning and development assessment from a government perspective. He has extensive experience assessing and managing complex development applications across a broad range of development types.

Lucy works across both statutory and strategic planning, with experience in Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT. Her project experience includes precinct planning, community and healthcare facilities, energy and sustainability, together with complex approval pathways including Environmental Authorities, Ministerial Infrastructure Designations and Preliminary Approvals.

Izzi has experience across both private practice and government, with a focus on development assessment and strategic planning. Her project experience includes residential, commercial, industrial, aged care, education, heritage and major electricity infrastructure projects across Queensland.

Sam is a recent graduate of the University of Queensland. He joined us as a Student Planner in 2023.

Emma is a recent graduate of the University of Queensland. She joined us as a Student Planner in 2024.

Jaye is studying a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning at the University of Queensland.

Sally is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). She has extensive accountancy and commercial finance experience within public practice and across medium to large-scale corporate organisations, both in Australia and the United Kingdom.
